it's a done deal! here's what i came up with for my final project for Advanced Digital Photo.
the project is an assignment focused on constructing images and came with a very long list of instructions to "help" guide us through the process.
here's a look at how my project fits within a few of those guidelines:
- The images must explore a sense of place, specifically, your interpretation of the area in which you live.
SUBURBIA MEETS COUNTRYSIDE - a series of moments likely to occur around our little ranch
- Each image must be constructed out of at least 8 different elements and 4 of those elements must reappear in each image.
FAMILY MEMBER (at a distance, doing a household chore), ANIMAL (pets, not wildlife) FOLIAGE (in some shape or form) & ALFRESCO (in the open air).
We were given the option to construct each image in photoshop using several different images but i'm not good at that so I just did it for real, no photoshop.
- Each image must be constructed around one of each of the following color schemes: analogous, complimentary, triadic and monochromatic.
- One image must build a clear and distinct seperation from foreground, middle ground & background while one must obscure the relationship between foreground, middle ground & background.
Anyways, here it is: QUINTESSENCE
